If this issue has been discussed before, can you please tell what the thread name is. We are wanting to make a Spanish will as we don't want our children to have tax or any other problems. We believe they could end up paying tax twice as each parent dies. May be in our case up to £25,000. We are still looking into it, any info would be grateful for as we find out more we will keepyou all informed.
