Anyone going to the meeting on the 16th that is willing to act as a proxy?

Rita in Naranjos garden 7 will be back in the uk on the 16th so will not be able to attend the meeting.  We are in need of someone who is going to the meeting to collect proxies and vote for her at the meeting. Assuming no resident for garden 7 comes forward. 

Unless other residents come forward I guess there could be more need for non-resident presidents to be nominated and voted on in thier absence.  So apart from this specific case above.  Is there anyone willing to collect proxies for the gardens where a non-resident is not standing and vote on thier behalf at the meeting?

Come on there must be some people out there who is going to the meeting and willing to do this?
