How Many Days Needed?

Hi

Can anyone tell me if PW have a set day to collect NIE numbers if so what day, also how many days in total to complete on  a property, including the snagging, I am trying to work out how many days leave we will need to book to complete this, as I believe we will have to return 30 days later to inspect  any snagging work done.

We snagged two days before we completed - this date was arranged by PW as we were over for the signing.

However we did employ Snaggit Murcia to carry out the inspection and the follow up.  It was around 350 euros - a not insubstantial amount but well well worth it.  I went to the snagging appointment as we hadn't seen the apartment and I was very impressed as they picked out things I never noticed.  They have also followed up on several things that PW keep saying are fixed but aren't.

We have only been on site twice since we completed so the use of Snaggit was well worth the cost for us and we now have all our issues dealt with satisfactorily.
