Phase 2

Does anyone know of any news or how the building work is coming along?

We have heard the pool infront of the town houses may not be built, does anybody know any different?

Don't know who you get your imfo of, when I was over  in March, I was told that the pool  would be finished and a wall built to screen any building work on next phase , which would start  later next year. The Taray people also told me that unlike phase one phase two  is a gated complex and the pool would have to be built inorder to get the required paperwork signed off. What we don't need is gossip what we do need is facts. What I would like is all the people on phase two to be positve, when I was over I was inpressed by the speed Taray had progressed and the standared of work, l

we are not gossiping, how can we don't know anything, that's why we are trying to find out how the development is coming along.

Mick's right, so far phase 2 is bang on schedule and everything we have been told and seen is positive.

For proof that the pool is being built please see the photos I posted on 23rd April, one of them shows the pool and the wall that screens it off.

At the moment the only thing that we know of that is being delayed is the commercial centre, however there are a few shops and facilities being built at the entrance to the village and there will be a bar/restaurant etc in the recreation area, so the commercial centre is not a big issue.

Things seem to be going well on phase 2, we just need the euro to go up now lol.
