Security fencing

Hi, we are due to move to CDS in mid June.  I have noticed that some of the security fencing around the complex have been completed and some is in 'production'.  Can anyone tell me if the fencing is due to be erected around every block on the complex?  There are no signs of works being started on our block which is the 2nd block on the right as you enter.  Thanks

As far as I am aware there is no proposal to put fencing around \the PM1 community ( block1 & blocks 2).there are 4 individual communities on CDS and each has elected to put fencinbg up or not as the case may be.

Hi, I think I may have directed you wrongly to our location!  We are block 3, M2, do you know if that is being gated?

Your block is in PM2 and a far as I know ther are no plans to fence it

Last weekend I was out in CDS and the security fencing is nearly half completed around PM2. They have started at the very back of the site. They now have reached were the rubbish bins are. The fencing is looking great and blends in very well matching the apts. As you enter the site PM3 is on the left and they are fully completed with tall black gates. I think the tables have turned and we are now in one of the best sites in Casares. With the gardens beginning to mature and well mantained with the new gardeners, CDS is looking the best I have ever seen it. The spacious greens is unique to the other ubanisations.in the area and this i feel will be our selling point in the future.

Once our fencing is completed I feel we have to watch who we rent our apts to and who we use to clean them as I have learned the hard way. Norman Sands actually came up with a good idea why don't we at CDS use a company for everyone for handover and cleaning.
