Telephonica

Over the last couple of days I have seen lots of movement around the Resort by Telephonica vans, new cables being run in etc! I also heard that Telicom have been 'kick' off the Resort!

Hope nobody signed up with Telicom, they will be without internet now!

I went and saw the guy from Telycom in the sales office twice, phoned them umpteen times and go absolutley nowhere!!!!!

I definatley had a bad feeling about signing with them. I finally gave up and signed up with Telitec.  Neat installation and good broadband speed so far.

So I hear, Telephonica came in and switched off the system of Telycom, so if any body signed up pwith them, then they are in the shit! Havind said that though, I do not think anybody did!

The only slightly worrying thing is if Telephonica get the hump becasue the majority of residents here at HDA took the the Telitec package, they night ask the General Community to enforce the rule about having no external dishes on the properties, so that they can get the existing business!

I also hear that they are upgrading the TV system!

Half term next week, let's hope that there are a few more people around, for those of you stuck in the UK, it was 34ºC yesterday, and the swimming pool yesterday evening was a very refreshing after such a glourious day!

Shame really - great resort, but I had fallen foul of Sue Gardiner and her shafting people.  I am goign down the route of voluntary surrender of the property to my spanish bank.  Before that happens, I am looking to sell the contents of villa ( a 3 bed altair) fully furnished, and it has only been used a max 8 times (By Sue Gardiners clients)....  This can be facilitated through Bev from TouchinSpain.  I would highly recommend her as being very helpful throughout this whole process and seems to be on of the good guys.  Property goes back to the bank in 2 weeks time.  Any sensible offer considered.
