Hi all any views?

When I arrived at my apartment 30th April, I found PW had been in and opened patio doors (and left open) without my knowledge or consent. (Apartment above had leak I understand)
I have new furniture etc. and PW have been in again without any notice or consent to do some work!!!. I found out by family member checking on apartment. I emailed PW 7 days ago – no response, I called them Monday, PW said they would look into situation and call back, PW didn’t call. I called Tuesday PW said they would look into situation and call back, PW didn’t call. I sent email Thursday – no response, I called Thursday 4 times and 4 times PW said they would look into situation and call back, PW didn’t call.
I emailed them again today and guess what.................. no response and no call.
If anybody has any ideas on how to get a response from PW then please do let me know. Are PW entering my property illegally I wonder. I don’t want PW entering my property at all !
Is this something the Condado president can help with?

Hi

I  have to agree with Dan. Get your remaining keys off PW . We did about three months ago & autherised our Key holder to collect them from the office. She now has two sets  & we have two.sets

The only way  Polaris should gain access to our apartment is via Carol Millar now

I do agree that you should get all keys from PW but, if you want to shock them into replying to your calls and/or emails, send them an email with the subject line, COMPLAINTS FORM, PLEASE.    I did this when we were trying to get something done about the air con units on our solarium.   They didn't reply, then they replied with an answer, as far as they were concerned, otherwise a fob off.  Martyn even rang them and still no joy. So I emailed every single PW dept that I had ever received emails from, with the above subject line, and stating the problem again, telling them that if they didn't reply in a satisfactory manner, we wanted a complaints form, and we would be taking it to the town hall when next there.

Surprise, surprise, Martyn had a phone call and the next thing we knew,  Steve told us they were working on the solarium,  they did a cracking job too.

Bare in mind that you do have to be prepared to carry out the threat if they do not take notice

Hi Jan

Was just wondering if you have 2 sets of keys and carol has 2 sets of keys, who has your other set of keys since you should have got 5 sets in total

We have left our keys with PW so are getting a bit concerned ourselves after your experience.  We are coming out in June to get the keys and give them to Carol our keyholder.  We were going to send an e-mail to inform them we were coming and what time we should arrive to collect the keys - seems they may not bother to reply - or maybe they will as this is something simple for them to deal with!!

Hope you get it sorted and we feel just a tad angry, to say the least, at the lack of respect  PW seem to treat our properties and the fact that  PW think they can say jump and we all have to come running or jumping.

 We have just completed in Block 11 yesterday by Power of Attorney. Can anyone tell me just how many sets of keys there should be?

it seems that we do have three sets. Carol has two.

I emailed Olga & notified her that we wanted Carol to collect the remaining set.

This meant that Carol was able to collect them long before we went over.

Hi All

I copied my post onto an email to PW customer services and guess what.............................................Yes, they called, apologised and said they were wrong to enter my apartment without permission. They promised not to enter my apartment again without my approval or knowledge. 

They said the work is all completed (was leak from above), also if anything has been damaged or is missing to let them know imediatly upon my arrival. It's very frustrating when PW only seem to act when they have been caught out.

Five keys in total, four I have and one PW have until my imediate arrival.
