If you haven’t collected the key from customer services then they should still have it. You will need to go to the customer services office which is now inside the new sales office near to the Jardins entrance, I think they open at 10am Monday to Friday, other than that as mentioned by Ali, you could contact Carol to see if she can help, her mobile number is   +34671743762 

My only other suggestion as I live in Manchester, if someone is in at you address in Bolton so I could collect a key and if someone was flying out from Manchester airport in next day or two I could collect the key and give who ever was coming out to give you. Bit complicated but possible?????

The Call Center timetable is:

Monday to Friday: from 9 am to 6 pm.

Weekends and Bank Holidays: from 10 am to 5 pm.
