URGENT: CALLING OWNERS OF N674, N548 and N547 RE PROXY FORMS. NARANJOS 7 VOTES

Hi Owners,

Terry has just informed me that he has received your proxy forms but you have put the wrong names on them.

Rita Howell is standing for Naranjos Jardine, but cannot make the meeting so Terry is collecting her proxy forms.

So on the form put TERRANCE POSSEHL N231 not Rita and send to jillandterry@condadodealhamaservices.com
Can you please resend the forms, they will have to be with the Terry by 10pm tonight ( Spanish time ) at the latest to give them time to print them off prior to Saturday's meeting.

can we get in touch with danseex, he seems to be a bit of a techno????,( not 80's rave music, hes too old) can we not do anything with the forms electronically, as we can only scan and copy at work etc, sorry to cause all the hassle but it seems a shame to waste non resident votes,

Hi Andi/Ant been to a few raves in my day I guess it's your proxy that we are talking about?

If you haven't a scanner (which sounds like u don't) the only thing I can suggest is fax it PW sales centre in the morning and then ask Terry to pick it  up from there, if you need his number to call him let me know.

The only other thing you could do is open the document in paint type in the details and sign it using the pen tool, I would of thought they would accept this and  you could then email it straight to Terry, if you need the PDF converted to a jPEG let me know mate.

Had a brain wave whilst having my curry, fill in new form and take a picture on your phone and send it Terry, same as a scan, job done!

I will PM the number, might be worth calling him before u send.

What I did is take a picci of my signature with a digital camera, ( or clip it off any doc you have sanned ) copy in to the PC and clip to just show the sig then when I have to email it anywhere I copy the .jpg into the doc, save it as a pdf and email if back.

Save all the hassle of scanning.  I'm the other way round. have a scanner here but not at work.

same here, company mobile and all the gear at work, nothing at home but a packard laptop, going to try and email votes or fax tomorrow morning if i can, sorry boys.
