Hi everyone. We've owned our apartment on Pueblo Salinas for 18 months now. We love the area that much we've decided to re-locate from the UK to Vera. Unfortunately because our apartment is only 2 beds & we have 2 children and 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels we are going to have to look for a Villa which unfortunately means we will have to sell our beautiful apartment on Pueblo Salinas. Comes with or without a 135.000 euros mortgage which is transferable.

We can't go any lower than that. July 2008 it was valued a 210,000.

I live here permanently and (boo-hoo) Peter still has to return to the UK to run our business....guess I got the best deal!

The dog's settled in brilliantly, although I would suggest that as soon as you arrive, purchase Scalibor collars for them as from April/May there is a particularly nasty little blighter in the guise of a mosquito which can be fatal to dogs if it happens to bite them, keeping them away from the beach is also advisable during the summer months as this is where you will find them. The disease you are trying to avoid is Leishmanosis, might be an idea to "Google" it so you know what to do.
