STEER CLEAR FROM ALDEA - KEEPING BG MONIES!!!!!!!!!!!

i was with miguel at aldea offices on wednesday afternoon.

i received my 2 bg's back but they wanted 400 euro's as a final settlement .

migual told them i would not be sitting there if they had done there job properly and to be polite about it i told carman not a chance as they already have stung me fo 1250 euro's including deposite when i first signed up with parasite [parador]

i should have my money in next few weeks fingers crossed.

he told me he has at least 4 cliants where aldea have cashed there bg's and kept there money.

if anyone is still with aldea please cancel as soon as you can because even if they get your money from the banks they are keeping it.

there is still a english woman on reception there she just puts her spanish accent on . the leech

Thats great ted, i so pleased for you.. the cheek of aldea wanting more money for what? how do they sleep at night? i take it you went to torreveca office? as you know i am in the process of signing p.o.a for miguel to take the lot of aldea scum to court.. just hope theres a happy ending for me also..  will keep everyone updated. . i just  hope everyone knows what crooks aldea are and will heed our advice.  regards maureen

 We are in the same position as many others with Aldea try ing to steal our money..We have today contacted Miguel Gongalez Raya  solicitors to help... The more of us that go through him the stronger we are and spreading the costs between  us if it goes to court as it probably will..

I too have instructed Miguel to recover my £35k from HUMA. He is about to serve the legal papers so i am keeping my fingers crossed!

Just off that, has anyone had any luck in getting their initial deposit back? I paid mine via credit card and Barclaycard are refusing to refund this to me. Should Miguel also be getting this back for me?

With regards to the initial deposits paid. As far as we know, only a few people received refunds in the early days after building stopped  on ACC.

Re deposit 

We received ours back plus interest but we did threaten the court action Just to inform as well it can take up to 6 months to a year so hang on the rollercoaster ride is not over yet.

Just to let you know after discovering what Aldea were up to via this forum.  I wrote to them demanding the return of our POA documents, our one and only BG plus any other paperwork or else we would turn up in person.  I also included a SAE.  Didn't really expect to hear anything but believe it or not they returned everything!!!!  Took about 3 weeks but we got it and now we are looking to start again with another solicitor and trying to go it alone to execute our first stage payment which is under bank guarantee with Banco Popular and can only be done on the expiry date on 1st October.

Only a few months through this web site did we realise what was happening.We have now joined forces with  Miguel

Gonzalez Rayna who at least is talking to us and by e-mail keeps in touch. Any body know what has happened to Parador
