 Hi Martin    the roads are being laid along with the buildings   so everything is progressing nicely    and the weather is glorious

Hi Martin,

I'm told by our agents that the access roads to phase 1 will be completed this week. We're supposed to complete on 31st January, and this is apparently the only stumbling block before a definite signing date is arranged.
