Block 3, Plot 23.

We have bought plot 23, block 3 and were on site in mid September and were told it was on schedule for completion on the 1st January 2007. We are not holding our breath.

We bought through Eden Villas in the UK and have had no feed back from them in the nine months since we paid our initial depost on site. Hence the September visit!

With regard to the pool, we were told back in January by the Sales Office (Antonio) that there would be a monthly community charge that made it more acceptable for people spending limited time there. Stay a year, pay a year. However, having read many of the message board letters it appears that concern is rife.

We've bought plot no 24 , Block 3 through Medsea Estates and we're reliably informed that late January 2007 would be the completion date - and we have had fairly regular update reports as to how  the block is progressing. Hope that at least settles some of your concerns.

Thanks for the reassurance as we have not been given any news whatsoever. The Company we dealt with have been absolutely crap with their feedback.

Our Plot is a Penthouse. What type of property is yours and are you next door, behind or below??

Have you made any inquiries about furniture packages, satellite tv, phones, etc?

I have been checking all the bumph we have on San Cayetano and have found the site details and noticed that you are right next door to us!!!! We are hoping to get out there in February to start setting it up. As you are not going to be there till later on then hopefully we can be of assistance to you. Looking forward to meeting you and the rest of the Hacienda San Cayetano residents.

Nice to finally know our next door neighbours. Had a update report through this weekend, and all but the electrics are now done on our property - thpoughj they do say that access as yet in fair to unsafe!! Not long now though I guess. Thank you for the offer of assistance, it really is ,uich appreciated. Guess we will be back and forth up until the final move - have asked one of the other  residents to check up on telephone connections/costs etc., so that should come through after this weekend to me. Hopefully, when we are down there for the snagging report and sighng, we will get the opportunity to have a look at the various furniture stores etc. that are around. Look forward to meeting up with you.
