Has anyone seen the new layout of the quads, and if so is there much difference in the kitchen areas and the balcony of the bedroom,  also the new floor tiles is there much difference in the colour. we have bought in block 4 No.21,

We have recently bought in Block 5 Number 9.  We were told that the new floor tiles would be lighter than those on original phases and that the kitchen and bedroom with balcony would be slightly larger because of the new position of the utility.  Have a floor plan if you wish me to fax you one.  Just let me have a fax number.  Also the window positions in the lounge will be different - there will be one large corner window now.

  we have a floor plan of the new layout for block4  they are larger than block 1

 the kitchen is bigger and the galleria is possitioned differently  ie on  block4 it is in front instead of on the side   and bigger all the rooms are slightly bigger too
