BUYING A NAVE (AGRICULTURAL BUILDING)

hi all.

have posted 3 groups of photos taken last week. i've tried show some with villas,quads and apartments. its difficult to show something different each time so sorry if the're a bit boring.

in shots dated 21/10/06 i have shown 4 photos of power housing boxes. these were a bit of a shock to us when we saw them since our house is next to one. they are being built at each corner villa next to the car park. to say i am a bit unhappy about this is putting it lightly. for reasons i don't want to say too much, but as these eyesores don't appear anywhere on any literature, brochures, artist impressions or on the site office model, i wanted to make sure that everone looking in at this website and in a similar position is fully aware that they are being built. check with your lawyer. these housings are for electricity,water and tv/satelite. some will have an antenna which may or may not end up like a christmas tree covered in dishes. admittedly they are not all the same size and some are smaller with no antenna but if your property is next to one that has, then again be aware they are at least 20ft high.

Hi Ken,

At the back of your Spanish contract there should be a detailed plan showing parking areas, power boxes and telec - antena.

Didn't give it any thought before.

i have the detailed plan you mentioned and like you say i didn't give it much of a look. the letters ritu obviously refer to the antenna's and the boxes without them are shown, but with no arrow or lettering. i missed this, but more to the point so did our spanish lawyer. had we understood their dimensions and height we probably would have chosen a different plot.  

as for the apartments and villas i don't know where they are to be situated however they will be detailed on your plans so look out for them.

whats done is done but if highlighting this saves anyone else disappointment then it has been worth while raising this issue.
