we have just got back after having a week in sun fantastic time we went all over found lots os shops restuarants went to Murcia to see the sites and on they we we found the 2nd largest mall to be opened in spain the largest being in Madrid it only opened 2 weeks ago its massive. Direction take the AP7 get off jct 84 you shall see Ikea on your right this is on the lefthand side of the road you wont miss it. Has various shops,rests,bars,cinema etc. Has also a large DIY shop outside in the retail park. Also a new football ground has just being built for Murcia Football club. You could spend all day shopping then have lunch and its only 20 min from us,anyone wanting more info conatct myself,

Hi Shirley & Mark,

I notice from your photos posted 2.11.06 - taken 26.10.06 that the subject appears to be a bungalow/penthouse development. I assume that you are buying on of these? I am concerned about the construction materials used,. As your picture depicts, the balcony walls are rendered (probably hollow teracotta blocks underneath!). The brochure produced by Taray and the show house have balcony walls made of brick! That was one of the points that appealed to me - quality of construction... Have you noticed this, or can you give me some advice if you were told that yours would be constructed differently?  Looks to me like a corner/cost cutting exercise now that they've sold the properties?? Your advices would be appreciated.
