Help

Hi all

I don't know whether to panic or if this is the norm, but we have just received an email from our solicitor (Spanish based in the UK) confirming the contract details and also results from the searches etc..and she states that planing consent not yet granted for block 5. Has anyone elses solicitor come up with this?

She said that it probably would be granted but it was our decision whether to go ahead or not and that our money is safe either way. Has this happened on any other block? Is anyone else concerned about this issue?

taray are a good company dont worry it will be ok theres not a chance planning will be refused any way they are building block 5 now i was over there a few weeks ago and the frame is up dont panic.

Hi All

Contacted the Parador Owners Club and received the following reply -

"We have been in touch with Taray to check that they do indeed have planning
permission.  Planning permission has been applied for with the local Town
Hall, however with the Christmas/New Year holidays they have not yet been
returned to Taray.  This is purely a matter of formality and Taray will
receive these the beginning of next year."

Phew - thank goodness for that. Maybe my solicitor is being over zealous. I was hoping that someone would tell me its just a formality.

We're on holiday in Florida at the moment and can't do much from here - except access the forum of course. The weather in case any one is interested is in the mid 80s and there's not a cloud in the sky. Much like San Cayetano will be when we eventually get there.
