NEW Murcia Airport

Very Interested in The Quad properties after viewing them at the weekend.

But on return to the UK have been made aware of other people on other developments who had bought similar type properties and have suffered from 'Noise' issues with the 4 Properties backing onto/into each other in a Quad.

Anyone else concerned or have you done your own reserach that has reassured you ?

Seeing as lots of families seem to be purchasing these properties.

Hi Duncan,have purchased a quad just over a month ago at Hacienda san Cayetano and was wondering the same.I live in a english type quad at the moment and have very little complaint about the noise levels,lets hope the spanish quads have the same qualities,im sure they will.

Hi i was over there last week ive bought plot 76 block 5

i was looking in the show house and an agent was showing people round the house backing on to me i thought they was in the show house i was in. i heard them talking and walking round the house so i went round and mentioned it to them and the agent  was funny with me for being honest.

I was over in november and purchased no 31 in block and i asked about noise levels

but was told it would not be a problem, but it will be to late once they are up !
