needing some advice

Security guards....Taray put these on when the site is unmanned, to protect the properties, but when these are signed over, security will become the owners problem.    All locks should be changed as soon as you move in seems to be the general advice from everyone asked.

Furnishing of the show houses....no one company was used to do this, and if you contact Taray direct, they will give you the suppliers of whatever specific items you liked.

Solar panels......these, you will have to source and have fitted after signing for your property...Taray will not get involved in individual requirements, as this would slow the building times.

TV....there will be a community dish supplying 50 odd progs, apparently, no individual dishes will be permitted on properties....more info on available channels to follow.

Bidet....if you want this leaving out during bathroom fitting, contact Taray direct, and this can be done, or not done, for you.

Garden sheds....permitted, and apparently without permission from the town hall, but immediate neighbours should be consulted for agreements before installing.

Swimming pool.....still no plans available re size etc...apparently, the residents through the committee, will have the say as to who uses this amenity...but it is too far away from completion for Taray to commit anything as yet.

Thanks so much for doing that, that was really kind. Did Tarray say if the security gaured was on site over night as well?. Did they say if these channels included some english channels, im assuming that if we are not allowed our own dish then there must be.

  Hi Tina,    there will be english channels on the TV   and the security is on guard at all times when the workmen are not working   once phase one is complets and handed over then the security of your property will be your own  concern
