We tested our washing machine and it seem fine when we tested it.
However, we found our cooker extractor unit not working and we wrote to Proindal ( Sam Jones ) about it at the end of June. To date we have made more than a dozen phone calls to her. Every time there was an explanation why it was not fixed.
Then in the 3rd week of July, one of our guests spotted leaks in the AC in the master bedroom. We immediately phoned Proindal. They promised to arrange a technician to fix the problem. Again, every day we rang and everyday we got an "explanation". I stopped ring for two days, and when I resumed, I was told the only English speaking person has gone on holidays. I was so annoyed but luckily I contacted Rashid and got him to chase Proindal for me. It was eventually fixed.
That was the extend of our experience when you got problem with your apartment.
