Has any body been to the beach club yet and can you tell us what it looks like and where the hck it is.
last Friday we decided to have spend the afternoon at the Mar, and suddenly remembered that there ought to be a PW beach club. So I phoned Customer service (only number i had on me) and asked where it is. A lady advised me it was in Los Alcazares norte on the Los Narejos Beach. OK I said I know where that is do off we went. Left the car at the Ribiera Beach Resort and walked down the beach. Nada, Niente that even remotely looked like a beach Club, just the usual beach bars and the sunbeds. So I phoned again and another lady said it is at the end of calle de pintor Pedro Floras. I said, been there, what does it look like. Don't know was the answer, so I looked again and again just some beach beds, beach hut bar, no exclusive area with luxery sunbeds, waiter service etc.. so I rang again.. another lady, we knew even less. Is it on the beach is sheepishly asked.. yeah she said its a beach club. So I said OK what does this beach club on the beach look like? 'I don't know' she said. not even sure it says PW etc. Why don't you take the bus tomorrow from mar Menor.... By then I gave up. went to the nearest beach hut and ordered a large beer....
Elusively exlusive I say

I Question if it even exists yet.
The agent who sold us our apartment emailed me last week with an exclusive offer to buy one of only 25 apartments to be built at the beach club at a cost of €90,000 each!!

The majority of the information I've seen suggests that it's actually at the very far end of La Manga past the main Marina in the area known as Veneziola De La Managa and next to the Encanizada Nature Reserve. Strangely enough, it's almost directly opposite San Javier Airport across the Mar Menor.
However, I've seen other releases which say it's based at Arenales De San Pedro which would put it just above San Javier, near to the National Park.
The second option would make more sense as I cant see PW running minibuses all the way round to the far end of La Manga but Veneziola De La Manga is where they're building the beach apartments.

Just spoke with someone else about this and the "end of the La Managa Strip" theory does sound most likely. Apparently, there is a ferry which takes around 30 minutes and goes from Santiago De La Ribera (just above San Javier) across to the Tomas Maestre Marina on La Manga which is minutes away from where the beach club is said to be.
So, it would sound quite feasible for PW to run shuttles to Santiago De La Ribera from places like Mar Menor and La Torre.

Makes sense, because at the end of the street calle pintor pedro flores is the ferry.
But why did nobody mention the fact that you need the ferry to get there or why did staff not know where that elusive place is.
On the other hand the ferry only makes a few trips a day so it will be hard to get to and from this place

Hi
I emailed Polaris to ask about the beach club they sent me the details and the club is called Beach Club Lyon on Los Narejos beach. I have all the details and a map , unfortunately I cannot copy the info ,but if you email customer services I am sure they will send the same to you. However we have'nt been over yet to try and find the place.

Hi Sandy,
If that info about Los Narejos beach is correct then that would be perfect as it's a lovely stretch of beach, (probably the best beach in the area) and you have all the facilities of Los Alcazares on your doorstep too.
