community fees

ive just 249 eurosout my account but i dont no who has taken it when water or lecci goes out i no its urbaser and urbola or summit like that but does any one no wot the community tax comes out as in a concept nos   or an issuer name that is all ive got on this and if they were gona take money you would think they would let you no when they were gona start ive enailed rpm aswell

I think this poor sod may have just died and had his head hit the keyboard?

It looks like it may be your community charges. The charge shows as a direct debit taken by Jardines de alhama golf resort. Jardin 1. obviously depending on which property you have .Then again it could be your insurance for the property if this is due.

thinking about that it could be insurance as we have now had the apartment 1year but still not paid any community tax il try an look back for any insurance details thank you very much

I think you might be better contacting RPM re your community charges the email address is general@rpmspain.com  as depending on when you signed for your apartment , the fees have to be paid from then, so the bill could be mounting up!!!

Can we ask a question to all those who have had their community fees taken out ? How long after you complete do they start taking the money ?

We completed in March and so far nothing has been taken from our bank account.

We started to pay our comunity charges about April 09 , we actually completed in September 08, but the resort was not signed over to the owners until early this year when RPM were appointed administrators. The fees are supposed to be charged from when you signed , but I guess RPM are stillworking on this huge task. We actually completed all the direct debit forms when we completed, and Polaris sorted all the electricity and water connections,passing on all our forms and bank details to the appropriate companys including RPM.

I would suggest you also contact RPM as these charges have to be paid sooner or later.

We completed in February, 2009.  Last month 146 euros were taken from our account to RPM.  When we e-mailed them they stated we were to pay community fees from March onwards and they had taken two months (Mar/Apr).  This was taken out on the 16th July so we are assuming a further two more months will be taken out on or round about 16th August until we are up to date.  We pay 73 euros per month on Penthouse.

What is really annoying is they don't let you know when this fee is going to be taken and for how much.  For all the faults and rip offs in this Country at least any direct debit or standing order taken out of a british bank account we all know how much it is for and where it is going.
