We got a call from them again today, even though we'd told them weeks ago we wren't interested.Quite coincidental seeing as we've also had an email saying Aldea are being made Bankrupt and I'm sure they will want their work!!

I was contacted again late yesterday afternoon by Maureen this time.  She was trying to push me to register my claim against Aldea with them for 200 euros advising me that I had to act immediately or loose my chance of taking Aldea to court. We are no longer using Aldea.   I am now even more convenced that these people have something to do with Parador.  Only three contracts have any knowledge of my previous association with Aldea.  My current solicitor who is hardly going to suggest I take my business elsewhere, Aldea who are not going to be suggesting I make a claim against them and Parador who got me involved with them in the first place.  There is also a thread on this site about Global Property Resolutions - very close name - who seem to be offering a similar set up so I also wonder if they are in fact the same .......

Received a phonecall yesterday afternoon from a company that I cannot remember having contacted but must have as they new were were buying in the Almeria area, asking if my Solicitors were Aldea as they wanted to advise that they are now Bankrupt  was wanting to make us aware when I said ours wasnt they werent said that they were contacting everyone who has spoken to them to make them aware.

Sean Humphreys and Maureen (Loraine Humphreys ) ex Parador want your money ,if you are contacted by this company it is because your name was on Paradors list of people who have bought illegal homes.Parador and Sean Humphreys departed company (sacked) .Now, how easy is it with a list like this to make money from people who only want their money back .200 to 1200 € fee for helping you get nothing back .

Yes he was the manager of Parador Propertys in spain. So i would suggest that you DO NOT part with any money as any company worth  there salt do not need money up front 

Sean Humphreys enjoys being in control ,when he was manager for parador properties he was known as the Fat controler .How else can someone like this make any money in Spain these days .The property boom ended years ago ,so the only thing left is to scrape money out of people that give a little trust to you ,in the hope you can help them get some money back on their hopeless investment.The last time I heard ,Sean was driving a Porche 4*4  around San miguel de salinas with a big smile on his face ,on his way to the bank .
