Does anyone have problems at the minute getting their digi box to work. We had people in our apartment last week who had problems with reception, after contacting polaris seemingly a main cable had been cut through accidently and they said it would be fixed, now we have new people in apartment who are having the same problem. Does anyone know when polaris are going to sort the problem as i cannot get an answer from them by phone it always goes to answer machine. I presume the cut cable is affecting all boxes!!!
