Can anybody help

I wonder does anyone have a map of the blocks being built at present, which identifies the block numbers. The blocks are the 4 on the right hand side of phase 2 and the 5 on the left of phase 12.

I posted a map on terrazas photo section on the 27th june 09  showing the phase nos and block nos .

Phase 2 ends on block 290 then phase 12 starts on block 291 upto 295 this  map is about a year old  but looking at the latest photos

seems to follow what polaris are building the only section I am not sure about is the first part of phase 2 as shown on the map don't known if this as been started yet .You may have a better idea Dave after your recent site visit

Think you are spot on -it is certainly the final 4 blocks of phase 2 & the first 5 of phase 12. In respect of the rest of phase 2 I am pretty sure that most of the ground work has been completed in terms of what goes underground! Above ground - yet to start anywhere else.

Can you confirm that the phase 2 blocks that run round to where is town centre is have also been started or is it these blocks you are referring to as not yet started I'm a little confused

I think the confusion stems from the relatively recent numbering of phase 12. From being on site in June and using the excellent photo's on Dave Bangor's site I think the building of phase 2 (formerly phase 5) starts at block 286 penthouse style, the site hoarding that  can be seen following the road to the town centre. However the first block could be 284 or 285 which originally were not in the penthouse (cascading) style. Probability only someone buying on blocks 284, 285 could answer this.

Sorry I didn't get back to you, just had a couple of very busy days. No, I'm afraid there has been no start to those properties. If you have a look at a site plan of Terrazas the only phase 2 blocks underway are the four blocks to the right of the road that runs from a roundabout on the perimeter road to the Town Centre.

There are actually 5 blocks on phase 12 started along with the 4 on phase 2 so what we are referring to as phase 2 is actually just a small section of it.

PS I currently have 9 web albums on "Picasa" (which is a pretty good tool for pics produced by google. It is very easy to use and you can upload all your pics and decided which items you are happy to make public or which you keep for your own veiwing) If anyone would like to see the pics go to Picasa & search either "davebangor" or "Terrazas de la Torre"

Oh poo !!  I am buying this apartment with my mother and she won't be very impressed at all, me on the other hand well that suits me to the ground as I already have an apartment on Condado and don't want the terrazas property too soon for financial reasons.  I do find it strange however that they haven't started the rest of phase 2 blocks as Polaris rang my solicitors in May this year to say they would be handing the property over in 2010. Oh well what will be will be..........

      I am coming over for 2 nights on the 16th & 17th November, Does anyone want to rent to me for a couple of days, would like to stay on the resort to have a good look around, or is it better to stay on La Torre. I have bought on phase 5 (new phase 2 I think )property No. 28915.

Have you posted on polarisworldforum(dot)net they have a 'accomodation request' area where many people seem to pick up rentals

Whether to stay on La Torre or TDLT depends on what you want to do in the evenings, if you want to walk to a bar or restaurant then clearly La Torre is the option, but surely you want to explore the area's hospitality - so makes no odds; but for me the choice would be to try and stay on TDLT, it will make all the difference to your outlook on the resort....it will be very quiet but you will pump into other residents and see the development work take shape with your own eyes....just a view thats all...
