I am an agent and also a buyer and have just come back from la torre. my plot is 28731 in phase 2 of terrazas. there are five blocks under construction and there are foundations in for some of the town centre. i spoke to the head foreman who is a friend of a friend and my block is to be handed over to polaris by end of december.blocks 285 and 286 are already being plastered and the pool between blocks 285 and 286 has been started and is progressing well. i am not sure what facilites will be in the town centre bit which has been started. i have some pictures but cannot post them as this was a favour to get a little closer to appartments.

Thanks  a million for the update -  I am in the same block as you - 28733. It is nice to know that building work is progressing so well.

Thanks for the update. I'm in block 285 so it sounds like its actually getting close to completion .... after only 3 years!!

I can't understand why Polaris will not give us any concrete information, even when they have good news.

They are a real pain, but from what I've experienced on Torre and Mar Menor the final product is worth waiting for. I'm off to dust off my golf clubs and swimming trunks.
