I have just come back from a short visit to El Pinet and was pleased to see that a team of 6 to 8 workers have been busily accessing the various utility manholes around the site with JCB drills to allow for certain work to take place. They were there each day last week from about 8am till late evening and as recently as yesterday they took delivery of a second JCB digger to add the 2 or 3 other peices of equipment they had been using.

I also noticed an electrical company working on the smaller globe shaped lights that are lined along the front end of the development at the beach side.

They have also been completing the area of pathway and monoblocking at the highes point of the site behind the half finished apartment block.

Perhaps not very much to some people, but it really looks like the work was being done with a purpose.

Hi All,

Thank you psbhoy and Magicmeg its good to see the jungle drums are still working. Shame this and other information isn't being being posted on the new site.

Still the good news is it's the begining of the end (for some). Lets hope we have our Habitation certificates by next summer.
