Community Charge

I have just had a look at my bank and it appears that RPM have not taken out any money for community charges from me since middle of July!  Just wonder if this is happening to anyone else.

Does anyone have an email address for them, did have it but think I have deleted it from my mailbox

Dont want to let this go on and on in case I end up owing them small fortune!

I got an e-mail from RPM yesterday saying there would shortly be taking out maintenance payment for July/Aug/Sept and the amount they would be taking.

Communication as it should be, advising me BEFORE they take the funds, so they are learning.

Hi all

Same for us. We haven't had any money taken out of our account by RPM since mid July. In fact we still owe one months payment for the last quarter, without July/August/Sept. Still, I'm sure it'll sort itself out eventually. At least they're not taking too many payments!! Then i would be upset!!

I also had a letter from RPM stating this which I agree is a refreshing change to know before!

Does anyone know when they are thinking to taking last years back dues? 

Or do you think we have got lucky and they have forgotten

Not sure what anyone one pays but we are on Jardin 7, two bed and we pay 84.47 a month, used to be 104.74 - this was the charge January up to April then it went down.

We're in Penthouse 2. The charges used to be 79.29 up until April, now we pay 68.41. Not sure if the charges are the same for all Penthouses. I presume so. I know they differ from Jardine to Jardine.

The monthly community fee for Block 8 from May onwards is €70.62.

Money for 2008 is now expected to be taken in November (Was to have been August) I am also informed we can expect another Small reduction in Community Charges from December, as La Isla will be paying in to the pot.

Am awaiting further details from RPM

I can put my mind at rest now I know what I am expected to pay.

Do RPM or Polaris inform you when the amount will come out or is it just a case of checking your bank accounts?

It is a bit of a hit and miss whether  RPM  will tell you or not.  But I must be honest they are getting slightly better and informing more people.
