I agree with you in all aspects - the point is that Grupo Trampolin (GT) has played by the rules along the way - and that is why they have not started to build. GT have had their permissions to build the showhouses and offices, but it was when the big project was going to start that the problems arised.
The misfortune that has happened in this project can not be put on the shoulder of one individual - it is complex and difficult to understand for all of us.
There has been and still are political-, technical-, commercial-, market-, and more- problems following the unfortunate project. But my comfort is that the damage each and every one of us has seen, is not worse than in many other projects.
We have seen houses torn down, people in jail, bankruptsies, etc. other places. I traveled to Island this summer...needless to say more...
If we stand behind Grupo Trampolin (and it seems that we have no other choise) my belief is that once Trampolin Hills is finalised and we are looking back on the project (after some years) we will "enjoy our pina-coladas" and characterize the project as a success but with many and difficult problems along the way.
keep the faith - I do
