Hi jason not more doom and gloom i am a REALIST who has been hanging on for 4 years now. So sorry to rain on your parade but no need to act like a child im just stating my predicament and letting new buyers know what there in for. I take it you havnt been with trampolin hills for long otherwise you would understand but trust me you will learn.

Hello Mr Boyd, i put my deposit down of £24000 nearly five years ago, and the only way of ever seeing that money is if they get built. Do you wonder why the posts on this site are getting less and less, my assumption is that they are getting bored of the same people whining and moaning on and on and on. A REALIST would say anything now after 5 years is a bonus. But a whinger would just like to spread doom and gloom because they have nothing better to do. Are you a REALIST Mr Boyd?

Hi Jason without getting into a petty tit for tat argument as seeing we are in the same boat i just still cant understand why after 5 years you still wont open your eyes. Ideally we would all like to see this bloody thing built but a REALIST would have understood by now that this looks less and less likely to hapen. I am only calling it as i see it you may see it different. As for whining and moaning is it so wrong of me to expect what ive paid for at the agreed time and date give or take a few months NOT years. If the company cannot deliver as promised would it be so wrong of them to hold there hands up and admit they got it wrong and give people there money/or at least the majority of it back. Everybody has different personal circumstances i.e. myself have lost my job(REASON FOR BEING BORED ASWELL AS MINDING MY TO YOUNG DAUGHTERS) so now would be the ideal time for to get my deposit back so thats another reason why im just a little negative and i feel if you ask all the other contributers to this forum how they feel they will agree with me. I am in no doubt that others dont come on here now partley because of the doom and gloom (as you call it) but this maybe a mad suggesion but could it not also be because they no longer have any reason to come on here as they like you and me have been shafted.

P.S. I hope i have cleared up all your points in your post and really I hope that it does get built but i really dont think so and i think deep down in yourself you feel the same so lets not fall out we are all in this together.

Out of curiosity has anybody phoned the number on the grupotrampolin web site if so what was explained thanks.

 We have tried 3 times but it rings and then goes to what I think is a Spanish voicemail. No return calls yet. Anybody else tried?

 Somebody called Maria has just answered that numbered (0034 620401688) and we seem to be back to the excuse that they are awaiting the licenses before they start building. (I thought the final one was granted and issued way back in feb/mar this year). I was then asked to phone back tomorrow morning and speak to Aileen. This I will do and post anything I find out. The number to phone is above so if anyone wants to try their luck please feel free to do so and let us know if they find out anything new from them.

 This morning I spoke to a chap called Ronnie(I think). He said they are awaiting the final license(finalising the minor little details required by the Town Hall) and this should be in place by end Sep, beginning Oct, and they will definitely start building very shortly after that and that they have the money to do so (his words, not mine) The number to ring is 0034 620401688 so if anyone needs further info he said to ring it anytime.

It's a Franco-Belgian co-production that tries to show the lifestyle of the English people settled in Spain (customs, ways of doing things, differences, problems, etc. ..) I would like to meet members of the community of owners of El Trampolin who want to show their recent problems with the developers. Would you be interested? Could you help me other contacts? A community of owners is only formed after the houses are built and occupied.

No they are interested in doing a documentary on problems of buying in Spain and will link any problems buyers on TH have had along with the residents on EL Trampolin

he hablado con el ayuntamiento, la cosa esta fatal y es mentira lo que pone en la pagina web.

concejal of el Urbanismo de campos del rio dice que es mentira, que esta todo igual que hare un año.

En resumen, que por parte del ayuntamiento y por parte del desgraciado no hare mas que poner pegas y problemas ....
