Ahora esperan a que lo vuelvan a entregar, si es necesario harían un pleno extraordinario para este tema, pasaría a Murcia pero sería rápido. Solo están pendientes de que lo entreguen rectificado de nuevo en el ayuntamiento para terminar ya de una vez con esto ya que también están hartos, enfín como todos nosotros.

For me all of this is good news, I am still here awaiting the building to start.
If you follow the media, the financial cricis is becoming less and less, but still not quite over...
If they start building around new year, and if we are lucky, the appartement may be just ready for the coming upturn.
I called the mumber and had a very nice conversation with Maria, that were going to send me a contract proposal for a 15% price reduction. I still havent heard anything back, but if i do, i will take it!!
All the best to all of you - and be with me in the belief that Trampolin Hills will be built someday and that all of us that are still in the project will benefit from that.

Hi there ... you really need someone who IS not "in the pocket" of the "Gypsy". My own Lawyers are doing an excellent job for me at El Trampolin and I believe they have the measure of these guys. From my own experience you need to try and show eveidence of "criminal" activity to stand the best chance. If you can a "Querrella Criminal" is the ideal route since this would put them were they belong ... behind bars! Hi Madison,
I read your message but could you be a bit more specific. I know quite a few garages have ceased trading in the last few months. This is because they don't have the buying power of the big outlets to get good prices for their fuel to be competative.
As far as I know, TH only have the 1 garage.
Is the garage closed for refurbishment, upgrade, modernisation, expansion? I know there are a lot of questions but when you have so much riding on the golf course at TH being built, you ask about everything.
Speaking of which, when are they supposed to be starting to build?
