They will not be building. The Banks and the Town Hall have finally called time on this corrupt venture. My understanding of the situation is that it is the Banks and the Authoroties who have called "time" on this with I THINK some input from the Courts ... my information originated from the Palace of Justice in Murcia. Yes I know long time since I posted, I have moved on to a new project and have given up on TH, Yes Patrick I for one have spoken to Andrew on the telephone months ago and new he was on the ball with the situation at Trampolin, I Still read the posts everyday thats when there are any, I am one of those with no bank guarantee and am out of pocket 66,000 Euro's, If the reports that they have gone belly up are true, I feel sorry for those of you holding on to the dream.

If any one has any suggestions of any action that can be brought or in fact against who, as no doubt TH will not be returning any deposits soon, later ,or ever.

I hold the Spanish Authorities partically to blame for their lack of control within the Spanish building industry. I would say( when is a law not a law) .. Answer .. When its in Spain.

Hi Evad (plus to anyone else that this may apply to ),

After reading your query about "if anyone had any suggestions on any action", well, like you I have hit a wall of reality after many months of hope. I can tell you that there is action being taken and I think it has been mentioned on this forum before . However, just to clarify that the action is being organised by a group (that is made up of mainly spanish customers of the project, as I have been told) that is open to all who would like to join. They have now it seems about 35 members already with another 35 or so with their names down to join and have now appointed a director of the group, which had been origianally organised by a Spanish lawyer who seems (along with others) quite commited to taking things forward. They advise that anyone wantng to join should write to info(at)afectadostrampolin. com, giving their names, residents number and telephone number etc and then this will be the first step in joining on which after doing so you should get a response back from them. I dont really have the ins and outs of it all as I am just at the point of joining myself so I suggest that any querys should be addressed to that e-mail given. However, the group has already had its first meeting and this had been reported in the Spanish press (La verdad ) on the 18th of October.

The idea is that with many members in the group,  this will add weight to the situation of taking any action (of which is a complicated process and of which they are, at the moment, deciding the correct action to take) and then will be informing the members in the group. The have also said that being a member of this group is not seen as the only action for a purchaser as they can take their own independant action as they see fit but again you will need more advice on this as I am not a lawyer.

Hope this helps, as some of us now are looking to join this group inorder to take some power back from this situation and if as the rumours are, that things are looking grey then if there is any reponsibility to be taken (and it may not  be just by the one entity) then at least you are part of a group that may bring some justice, if you feel thats the route you want to take, although of course its best to get advise before making any decisions.

My information came from the Palace of Justice (Court in Murcia). I do believe that Rafael is trying to resolve certain problems ...certainly those at El Trampolin but Ronnie and Antonio are heavily in to their new project selling stolen cars under the cover of timber sales

Look, I am sorry for all of you who appear to have lost money in this venture ... even those who were somewhat "rude" in their respponses to my earlier postings on the subject! I know from my own experience is that there is only one route to take in Spain and THAT IS NOT THE CIVIL ROUTE. Martinez and his gang will simply attempt to hide behind the same "Limited Liability clause" that we have in the UK intending that you all become "unsecured creditors". Unlike Solera Martinez is clearly the head of the company ... President he calls himself I believe! Then simply do the maths and with deposits paid on +-1900 units of ... say ... €50K each the figure tops out around a Hundered Million Euros! Clearly this is fraud on a massive scale and Antonio Martinez should be facing a Criminal Querrella from your entire group ... the sentence for which will put him in prison for a long time to come and his assets seized. The man thinks he is being clever by placing such assets in the names of third parties but I HAVE A LIST OF ALL THE NAMES. His 25m Fairline Squadron being one such "floating Asset" on the Mar Menor. To all of you (even Jackie and "Rough Diamond") I genuinely wish all the very best in your endeavours and if any of you feel I can help please feel free to get in touch. By means of this e-mail we will summarize the idea which we propose after the “meeting” on Saturday 12th of December.

Cristobal (Murcia), Emilio (Madrid), and I Patricia (Bilbao), have been discussing the current situation for some time.

Our conclusion is that having reached the present situation, recovering our money would be very difficult, because of the bankruptcy issues. (We have direct experience of how these cases normally end. A long time would go by and we would see our money disappear.).

So, as we do not wish to lose our money, the only real solution we can see is the construction of the urbanization.
This would be very difficult but possible.

What we need to do is to unite to prevent the bankruptcy to proceed, try to obtain the land, and have the urbanization built.

What do we ask?
-That the urbanization is completed as it was planned years ago.
-That the money we paid is taken into account.
-That the price we were promised is maintained.
-That our money is guaranteed.
-That no more money will be required, at least until the building is completed to a certain point as reflected in the contracts.
-Those who do not wish or can not complete the purchase would have their payments entirely refunded.

To accomplish this, that is to say to be able to complete the urbanization and stop the bankruptcy procedures, and for the financing, we have been asked for a list of buyers who still wish to complete the purchase under these conditions.

To prevent this from becoming a madhouse, the three of us (Cristobal, Emilio and Patricia), offer to be the spokespersons for the buyers who wish to go ahead with this idea (both to inform, meet, etc., which is what we are already doing). As this is the only way of achieving some order. This is costing us both time and money, so we therefore ask for your patience. -Through solicitors we are contacting the bankruptcy administrators to obtain the list of affected.

Our idea is to create a new association legally constituted with people who want the building to be completed.
A website or forum is under construction with public information (videos, information in various languages) and another private area where information is given only to members (private information, well organized meetings, the financial situation, urbanization, …etc; that is, a forum to keep us united and provide ideas…etc).

It would be “a kind of cooperative”, but without having to be in charge of the building ourselves.

Therefore, those who wish to be part of this should send an e-mail with their full name, identity number, telephone and property numbers. All this is to avoid infiltrators. Although it might be hard work we may in the future ask for a copy of the first page of your contract to identify each person.
