Phase 4 b

Hi All

Does anyone know if 4b has its build licence? 

Was it all passed as phase 4?

Was only 4a given it's licence?

We have requested this from our solicitor as far back as January but still have no answer.  Does anyone know?  Please.

We also have bought on phase 4b (block 12) and they have definately got a licence for this block as we have a copy of it which we received earlier in the year when they offered us the four weeks 'free' apartment use and gave us the £3,000 card, which we cannot use until the apartment is finished (not yet started!). We keep getting told 'everything is on schedule' but no sign of it yet.

did anyone buy on phase 4 through MRI and if so how is that going.  They disapeared from phase three having charged me for services that they never provided I know they were actively selling on phase 4.
