is it to much to discover your flooded out from apartment above overflow bathroom No

or that the person you rented to has sold your furniture NO

Well all this has been my misfortune  and  all my four  apartments were in the hands of an agency  in the costa brava  and i would have paid one euro a time for the extra care to my propertys if it had been offerd to me

Crisgaz - how did you reclaim for repairs to your apartment when flooded out by apartment above? .. was this reclaimed via owner above or your own policy?

Also how did you reclaim stolen/sold furnture?

How easy is it to reclaim from Insurance polocies????.
