Any news on M2 ????

Hi,

We're pleased to read  of the very positive  experiences of those of you who have moved into Frondoso already.  It sounds and looks wonderful.  We can't wait to join everyone and were wondering if anyone who is buying on M2 has had any definite news of when we should complete?  We are getting a wee bit impatient and would love to be able to come out at Christmas.

Hi there,

I contacted our solicitor and Gema on site last week and we were told that they are ready on M2, but just awaiting the licence of first habitation from the town hall which can takre 1-2 months.

We were hoping to be out for Christmas but this may not happen now if they do take the full 2 months which would be really disappointing.

If anyone else knows any more than this please advise

Just read your message on the eye on spain site.  We are Alison and Eddie from Wirral, like yourselves we are buying on M2.

We have just arrived back about two weeks ago and really do not know any more than hopefully things may be completed in about two months time. They were about to put the kitchens into our properties on M2, radiators and anything else that you may have ordered like air con. We met alot of people that Alison has got know on the forum and they are in their houses and enjoying the weather and the splendid views,these friends know alot more about the local area and where to get things etc., and some nice restaurants .We have  booked to go out on boxing day but looks like we have to rent again, still it is well worth the wait. Look forward to meeting you one day please keep in touch and as soon as we know something more positive we will e-mail you.
