Completion - Developers mortgage

Can anyone tell me how the developers mortgage stacks up against the other mortgages available... Has anyone moved in to M4 yet and does anyone know the current state of progress in general terms of the communal areas around M4.

I am interested in any information and photos as I am planning a trip to the site and trying to gather as much information pre my trip so i can prepare and get the most from my visit

Hi we too have purchased in M4, and are keen to know the details you are asking about. Any info on the developers agreed mortgage would be great, Also, has anyone recently been across? if so, is the progress good? Also, whats the latest on the certificate of habitation? My latest info told me that things are nearly there on m4, but the certificate of habitation has not yet been granted? any info appreciated.

I went over on tuesday for the first time, It is fantastic. As I havnt been over before I cant say how it has progressed recently but there were people working in various locations. One of the owners Jose Maria is a well known lawyer in the area and I am sure as a group they would be able to get a very good deal on mortagages, better than just one person so try ringing Gema at Frondosa and see if she can help. 968-355-484
