The informer

We have a free newspaper in Spain called the informer, the front page this week covers the story if any of you want to download it.  Cant understand when the 24 hours are up, is the weekend included and things are still the same, he is still riding round here.  Perhaps they have got the monies?

Been to the Head Office [that was presumably!!!] today. Receptionist says what was written in the Informer is true and TH is in receivorship. She says she doesn't work for TH!!!! And that the office is not TH!! Knows nothing wants to know nothing!!! There was a man sitting there we have seen many times at that office.

A week ago same Receptionist said that TH was to get final paperwork Friday [6th] and building would start at Campos del Rio in a month. She also said they had started building in Mula!!! 

I wonder how much she gets paid to sit and lie???

Once again referred to their Lawyer!!!

To those looking to put their names on the creditors list (who are owed money by Grupo Trampolin) like me, and not knowing where to go, I have been sent the following info below from one of the members of the action group, mentioned in earlier posts. There is also a phone number to call  AXA in murcia, where it seems they have this creditors list for Grupo trampolin, (please see below ) that you can call beforehand if wanting confirmation before going in person.

It has been advised to take your original and copy of your signed contracts along with your payment reciepts etc.. 

The address in Murcia is: las Atalayas, in the AXA building on the 4th floor.

It has been said that the deadline to put your name on this list is the 2nd of December 2009 and that the administration will be sending out letters to those on the list but as you know the post can be slow or just incase you dont want to rely on them contacting you, then for those in Spain they can go there directly at the address above. I would advise to go with a translator or someone who can help, if you dont speak spanish.

I wonder if all the core staff of GT have transferred to the new company, across the road, as I saw the black girl who worked in the office (Mey) at the beginning of September aboard a flight from Murcia to Belfast International Airport, Northern Ireland. Then again saw her again two weeks ago in Majorca with a man called Hans who trades in boats. She would undoubtedly have information to help our cause.

I am also starting a group to put pressure on the authorities so that our properties can hopefully be built.
