We arrived at CDA last Thursday night, threw bags into the appt and went up to the restaraunt. Walked in at 11.03 pm, to be told that the kitchen closed at 11 pm. After a brief chat, the waiter agreed to serve us a pizza, if we ordered right away. The surroundings are superb in the restaraunt, it needs some atmosphere and people though. 2 warm pizzas, 1 small beer, 1 G+T, 2 glasses of wine 33Euros

Hi,

I would say just a tad, unless it was covered in Caviar.

Hi

We went to Pizza Express in the UK the other day and two hot pizzas and three glasses of red wine, just over £30.00 and to say that in Spain the messures are some what larger than in the UK, all in all I dont think they are very over priced.

Yet each to their own.

We are out over the New Year and cant wait to blow some cash in the restaurants.

Martin and Hannah.

I'm over at Condado at the moment have been to the restaurant twice in the last week - it's absolutely brilliant.

On the first night we had complimentary bread and dips, 2 starters (croquettes and scrambled egg with chorizo and artichokes), 700g galician grilled steak on the stone, 2 tiramisu and a bottle of wine for 38 euro using the polaris card.

The 2nd night we had garlic bread, 2 lasagne and coffee for 16 euro.

Both of the meals we had were generous portions and the starters could easily be shared between 2.

The prices are actually very similar if not cheaper than some of the other restaurants that we've eaten in on a night time.  We did pay 140 euro for the card but have probably saved at least 50 euros this week by using it in the supermarket, bar and restaurants so, for us, it's definately worth having.
