Feliz año nuevo, everybody.  Here's hoping CDP gets finished this year without any more delays!  Any reports of Christmas and New Year in Tererros, thinking about going next year.

Busier than ever this year, lots of incoming rentals, more people around San Juan than Ive seen in the 4 years living here.

Aguilas looked a picture as ever, and Christmas Day 'Pre dinner' get together in La Venta was a hoot.
