Our guests in our block 6 apartment have notified us that they are having a problem with rain water coming into our apartment through an external wall. It is coming into one of the bedrooms, possibly from where the flower trough is cracked. The caretaker has been and told them it needs a specialist. He also said other people are complaining about the problem
