To day we were told, that the French company who will run the Hotel, just bought the units in Jardines. our lawyer could not make a deal with the lawyer from Ballester because this is not more in Ballester's hands, he also asked the French company about the internet site where they advertised the 12 units in Jadines like Complejo Jardines de Altea Hills, they say now it is was a misunderstood, they want to rent the units just as will do a private owner who want to rent for privated profit.
We don't know where we are now in this situation, but sure better than before because at least to advertise the 12 units as Complejo Jardines, will be illegal and this will keep the value of the place.
Please comunicate with other owners, no matter if they are not English. If we are divided because the language, they will do with us what they want because they speak just one language.... Spanish.
