UNABLE TO COMPLETE?

Hi there,

If there is anyone out there who are unable to complete due to the shortfall on the builders / any mortgage offer please PM us and get in touch.

We think it would be good to 'discuss' our problems and search for possible solutions.

We completed yesterday... in IKEA till 10pm buying kitchen stuff found a very good furniture store [not Murcia Furniture] that have better quality at UK prices.. Furniture about 2 or 3 times the price of Uk.

Which furniture store did you use?  We are about to complete on M2 and were planning on going to IKEA as we have found the furniture packages on offer from Murcia Furniture too expensive.  It would be good to know about other options.

We found everywhere expensive about twice as much as UK . Suggest Mister Mueblo opposite Murcia Furniture amongs the vast array of items he does have some quality furniture and will reduce the price by about 40% off the ticket prices...

Dont forget that the Spanish have it embedded that the British have more spending power created by the strong pound ... they need reminding that its no longer the case and that 1 euro = 1pound. Not sure but i think everything in a tourist zone may be inflated in price as a result hence the possible reduction's in ticket prices if you push for it.... a discount is probably given as standard to the locals
