We have just returned from our first stay on M4 - well worth the wait. A few slight problems no hot water for several days due to boiler not working and kitchen equipment not plumbed/plugged in! But hey when the weather is 25 - 30 degrees most days one can put up with these minor problems. Gema finally sorted them out for us helpful as always. Builders on site very friendly and busy finishing off the pools on M2 and street lighting getting finished off - so M2 buyers looks as if just need the certificate of habitation before you get the ok to sign.
We had a great time on our visit, it was lovely meeting all our new neighbours and sharing advice and experiences, hope to meet more of you as you move in. Kevin says running doesn't get any better than on the roads and tracks on the mountain side, scenery great and views superb and silence even better!!
