After you have completed, and as you form the first community, you have the right to complete a snagging list on the surrounding areas and request that items like the fencing be repaired or replaced, before you pick up the bill, at the cost of the developer
It is therefore important that somebody takes this to the community meeting and checks how these areas plus of course thing like community block entrances, paths and gardens will be checked
In the case of my own development we were able to get the pool fenced and the gravel that surrounded the pool replaced with tiles
On the subject of areas around the pools the key difference at Corvera unlike RODA they have fenced around the pools for safety and most seating places are the green and gravel areas outside of the fences whibh vary in size depending on the location of your pool
For young children surely it is better to have the safety of a fence and sit outside the area, if of course the febce is intact and the gate closes propèrly
