Update on RPM or new community management company

It may be rumour and I have not been updated by anyone but I want to establish if it is true that RPM are no longer representing the interests of owners and if this is true is there a replacement ?????????

I want to establish what the community charges are going to be for 2010 for the penthouses which  I know it still have no representing president appointed.

RPM are no longer, Mileniun-Levante S,L are our new Administrators.

All Presidents will meet tommorrow to introduce the new admin team and agree the way forward.

Details of this meeting will be published as soon as is possible on the official site and not here on a public forum.

As far as 2010 fees are concerned the new admin have only just got hold of the accounts give then a chance to sort these, New fees can not be introduced until accepted at the next AGM meetings which could be in May.......Again details will be published as it happens on our official site.
