La Isla Pool

Hi,

Can any suggest who or how to ask about one of the pools on La Isla Not working.

The pool nearest Block 9 / 10 has never had the filtration pump working. (if it was new why not ask manufacture for new replacement?)

As the time when the pools will start to be used is getting closer, i am concerned that it will be left and be quite dirty for when people want to use it.

We do not have a community etc as yet but I am sure someone should be responsible. PW seem to be a waste of time at the mo (this is probably last on their minds) but if someone could ask or give me some names to contact about it.

Hi Neil,

As you say La Isla is not part of the community yet, so your only real chance is to complain to Polaris World as they will be paying the pool maintenance company ( assuming there is one ! ),

There is a meeting next week to discuss La Isla, so perhaps we will know more after that.  Unfortunately, until you join the community there is not much we can do to help.
