Just returned from SIte . Yes is it deserted but not completly. had a ggod chat with Huma rep who felt the licence issue should be sorted by March and rebuild to start after that. We are on manzana 9 and she felt optomistic we could be in in the next 12 months. We went out to find an alternative but returned again convinced ACC is going to be worth the wait both financialy and persoanlly. It will be very interesting to see how much HUMA increase the prices when they start reselling. Pull out and i believe you will miss out big style. I am forever the optomist but it felt right bearing in mind we can afford to wait as long as it takes.
