Hi,

My name is kevin, I first went over to la Tercia Real in Aug 05 when the only thing there was the site hut.

While there i sighned up for a four bed Roda.

I have been looking for an update on the build as it seems to be extremely slow.

I can't believe the build will be finished in July 07 as the show house is not finished yet.

There are other things i would like to discuss but one thing at a time.

We signed up for our 4 bed Roda in May 05 and were given a completion date of Nov 06 but then because Peinsa made a mistake with regards to our plot we needed to change plots and sign a new contract with a completion date of  Sept 07. When we visited the site 4 jan we were told that this date was still a possibility as it takes 6 months to build a house. So unless they start on yours within the next couple of weeks I cannot see it being ready in July.

What is your plot number?

Hi Kevin.

We bought in Oct 05 and were given date of Jun 07.   Then Sep 07 - now maybe Dec 07.  We have been told it won't be ready in Jun 07 anyway. Think it is just the way off-plan is but we were new to all this!

Fingers crossed they get going now though.  As long as it is this year hopefully I will be happy!
