Directions
Travelling north or south on the A1, exit at the junction marked Jedburgh (A696) and Newcastle
Airport. Take the exit on the large roundabout marked Kingston Park. Travelling down to the
smaller roundabout make a U turn towards the Novotel entrance (signposted on the left hand
side).

We have negotiated car parking facilities at a concessionary rate of 2,00£ per day on the hotel
complex. On arrival, take a ticket from the machine and have it validated at reception before
your departure.
Directions
From Terminals 1, 2 & 3: follow exit signs and go through tunnel staying in the right-hand lane.
Follow signs for A4 local traffic, take 3rd exit at Emirates Roundabout sign posted A4 Central
London. Go through the traffic lights at the top and continue about 0.5 miles through a further
set of lights. The hotel is on the left hand side. From Terminal 4: follow exit signs taking the
A30 towards Central London for 2 miles. Take A312 to Hayes for ½ a mile and then the A4
towards Heathrow Terminal 1,2 & 3 and continue for ½ a mile. The hotel is on the right hand
side.
Notaries will be present on the day to assist you in the signing process.
Each Meeting will begin with a short Presentation that will last approximately 45 minutes
followed by Questions and Answers and a short break when light refreshments will be served.
The remainder of time has been allocated to the signing process and is when the Notaries will
be available to witness the signing of the “Declaration of Acceptance” documents.
As spaces are limited, you will need to pre-register by providing your full name and postal
address by e-mail to info@herradadeltollo.com. Please also advise how many seats you
require.
We will then be able to prepare the “Declaration of Acceptance” document in advance that will
help speed up the Signing process.
Please ensure that you bring the following documents with you on the day.
· Valid Passport (Original, not Copy)
· One Utility Bill with your postal address
· The Original “Power of Attorney” if signing on behalf of another person (if applicable)
· Your personal Creditor information showing the value of your Credit and classification (e.g.
Ordinary). If you don’t have this information, you can obtain a copy from our offices by emailing

and 3.30 pm – 7.30 pm local time).
