Phase 4 licence

I've heard that the Occupation licence for P4 was granted last week.  Has anyone else heard anything?

Have not heard anything yet but I am going out next week so i can try and find out

I was in a ground floor apartment on Phase 4A with some clients last week and they are completing at the end of this month.

It was confirmed on Thursday that the Habitation Licences have now been granted so it seems that the completions will begin within the next few weeks as the properties are almost fully completed. I was very impressed with the property that we saw and we were also shown round a fully completed one as well. 

I already have 4 snagging inspections booked for phase 4 properties over the next few weeks so I will soon be able to provide sample snagging reports, room sizes and help with any queries

Can anyone on Phase 1,2 or 3 confirm whether they have electric blinds on all windows/patio doors as standard please. 

As a follow on  does anyone know an approx cost for fitting such a blind as someone earlier posted a note saying that P4 does not have blinds on all windows.  Thanks.

I am on phase 3 and only have electric blinds on patio doors. The other windows have manual blinds.

The electric blinds, or persiana's to give them their correct name, differ in different property types in Roda Golf.

In general, the electric persiana's are fitted to the lounge patio door(s) and the master bedroom patio door/window. Sometimes in the semi-detatched villas and town houses there is also a small additional one in the master bedroom wardrobe area.

I have visited the new phase four A proprties briefly and did notice some of the windows did not have persiana's.

To retro-fit electric persiana's, or manual ones to windows that were not designed to have them would be something of a tricky situation. I'd need to have a good look to see if it is possible.

 When we visited the property in Phase 4 last week we were told that the shutters - louvred door type -  could be fitted by Roda on any doors where the owner considered they needed them ie similar to the louvred door type shutters on some properties in Roda. I am not sure of pricing but it would be a good idea to check the cost as they are very good quality and will help to protect your furniture as well as your property. These are used throughout Corvera and appear to be very secure.
